Place was as expected -- great location across road from beach. Road was a bit busy at certain times of the day. Furniture was plentiful for family and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit of a greasy mess - it was wiped down, but very smeared. All in All would rent this place again

Quiet peaceful retreat.

My family really enjoyed the stay. It was quiet but 10 minutes from anything we might need. House was clean and a big bonus with an elevator. Fishing off the pier was a big highlight... nothing big enough to keep but it was very calming. Previous comment about bringing you own sheets was a godsend. Thank you for letting us bring our dogs. The balconies were great for watching sunset and sunrise. Beach was not crowded..i.e. not touristy. We would def recommend this location. Thanks for letting us stay here for week.

Great Location and Layout

Hi- this was a terrific place for a family vacation. We especially liked the location on the sound, but across from the ocean, with views of both. The layout worked well for a multigenerational family and we loved all the decks. The kitchen and linens were understocked and barely sufficient for the 6 of us, and the bunk beds were rickety and uncomfortable. All other beds and furnishings were terrific. Hopefully, the deficiencies will be addressed soon. We had a great time, and would stay again (but bring extra towels, blankets and kitchenware.)
