Great Family Vacation

This property is stunning and we really enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is perfect with the sound on one side and the Ocean close by just across the street. The layout is excellent for a large group, we had 17 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. If we come back to topsail next summer, we would definitely look to rent this property again.

Sounds beachy was the perfect place for our annual extended family gathering for the holidays. The Home easily accommodated the eight adults and six children under six. With easy access to both beach and Bay. We got to spend lots of time outside and keep everyone entertained.

Beach week 2024

Sounds Beachy was the perfect place for our 21 person family reunion. The teens LOVED the movie theater room, surfacing for food and the beach occasionally. The adults loved the amount of living space afforded by 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms! And a well equipped kitchen allowed for some wonderful meals for all! We had a fantastic time!!

Beach week

This was everything we could have wanted in our Beach Week vacation! The house was amazing. Very clean and plenty of space. The large refrigerator and 2 dishwashers and plenty of dishes was great! The private beach access was directly across the street. It was nice to have the options of being at the beach, house, pool or out on the dock. My family (there were 17 of us) will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great Place!

We had a great time! The place was perfect for our 24 family members. It was clean and nicely decorated. Lots of room and all the extras we needed, like a pool, elevator and plenty of bathrooms and deck space!! Hope to stay there again sometime.

Family vacation

This house is beautiful! The views of the ocean, and the sound in all its glory, were so enjoyable. The pier and dock were a huge plus! For once in our vacation experiences, there were adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the double dishwashers! We enjoyed the large family style dining tables which accommodated a multi-family group. We had a minor issue with the pool, but Access Realty was very responsive and addressed that immediately. Their communication with us was superior. Sounds Beachy is a great place to stay!
