Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! Located on the second row, just a few steps from the shimmering shores of North Topsail Beach, Field of Dreams #177, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, is a charming, recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern beach cottage that offers a unique, authentic and relaxing coastal experience. Situated just across the street from a public beach access, you’ll be on the sand in no time. This home offers stunning ocean views from the deck, a private hot tub, baby equipment, board games, an EV charger, and more. Whether you're looking to unwind with family, friends, or even your furry companions, this dog-friendly home is designed for comfort, convenience, and fun. An additional non-refundable dog fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

This home sleeps 8 and offers a comfortable and practical layout with a modern coastal design. A fully stocked kitchen with added amenities (Kitchen-Aid mixer, blender and crockpot) and a comfortable living room offer an inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail on the deck that looks out to the ocean. Two of the bedrooms have king-sized beds and the third has a queen-sized bed with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom that is spacious with dual vanities and a large walk in shower. The two other bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which also has dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.

Included: Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, EV charger, a pack and play, high chair and baby gate, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more. A Tesla charger, an outdoor shower, 5 bikes, kayaks and baby gear (baby gate, high chair and a pack and play) are provided for your enjoyment.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
