The property exceeded our expectatìons

The rental was great, very well appointed in every way. However the HOA people were rude. They gave us a hard time about bringing in an rv and agreed to let us move it the following day, which we agreed to. However the next morning they called the police. Ruined our day!!

Great location and house

We had a great work retreat at this adorable house! Plenty of space for us all and perfect location to watch the sunrise. The updates to the furniture and deco were great. We also really enjoyed Daddy Macs restaurant and sitting outdoors watching the sunset.

Great except

The king and queen mattresses were the worse beds ever. Our backs were hurting. Need to spray for bugs in kitchen. The outside front by the parking needs some siding replaced. The place great great otherwise

Great beach access

Ward Realty was fantastic. They responded quickly to every question I texted to them. The house was great. It is right on the water literally. I have never stayed in a duplex and was skeptical at first. It turns out that it was no problem at all. The neighbors were quiet and very nice. Would I rent it again? Yes

Great location

We enjoyed the house, however we were overrun with ants and Ward real estate were really not a lot of help. They didn't even offer to refund the last day as we had to leave early because of the problem.
