Great family vacation!

Very nice villa, great accommodation for our family vacation. The property manager was very helpful when an issue arose, very easy to get ahold of. We had a great time in this villa. This was our first time staying at Topsail beach, and we had an excellent time. Very relaxing, family friendly area!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Beautiful home in the perfect location. A short walk across the driveway to the beach and pool access is perfect with views of the beach from the decks. The owner is great to work with. We had an emergency and we were able to switch weeks without a problem. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beds are all dreamy and so so comfortable. Having a high chair was a great perk and we enjoyed sitting on the deck for hours every day. It was nice the top deck in front is covered because we were able to sit outside the days we had rain. During our stay the hot tub needed to be serviced and one quick message to the owner and the hot tub technician showed up the next morning. We would love to stay at this properly again someday.

Overall it was a beautiful home and we would stay there again! Gave 4 stars only due to little things like many burnt out light bulbs, mattresses dip in middle, dirty fridge water and a burner on the stove didn’t really work.

Girls Trip

Tom’s home is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay for girls week. Beach is a short walk, community pool is wonderful and overlooking the beach. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We absolutely adored this place. Highly recommend!!! We had 10 adults and had plenty of room! So many rooms and balconies, wonderful views of the ocean and a hot tub! We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!!
