We loved staying at this condo in Topsail Beach. The easy access was key for us since my mother doesn't navigate sand and beach as easily anymore. The rooms were comfortable and the views were perfect. Thanks again for an awesome stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and had great views of the ocean. Every bedroom has an ocean view and balcony. The beach is a little short at high tide, but plenty of space to play during low tide. My kids loved the pirate ship playground that is part of St Regis!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The views were spectacular and the ocean was visible from every room. Very spacious property with plenty of room for our family. Andrew was very responsive and checked on us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This condo was a great option for our family. Having the pool and beach within walking distance was exactly what we needed. The kitchen size is small so no more than two people prepping food/drinks at a time but once we got into the habit of taking turns there wasn’t an issue. Overall, great location and place to stay

Overall good stay. Happy to spend time with our Marine! Condo is just like the pictures. Beautiful view! Things out of owner control were Restaurants/bar closed for private event and then not open on Sunday- pool bar closed on a beautiful holiday weekend. Store for beach chair/towel rental was not responsive. Plan ahead and check website for facility information.

Our family was in town for my sons wedding. The views from the condo were absolutely stunning! You are right there facing the ocean and the sounds are so peaceful! When you enter the unit, the large living room window with a front row seat to the ocean does not disappoint. The layout of the condo is very nice. We had plenty of room. It’s also very convenient to have a restaurant on the top floor of the building. We hope to come back soon for just a nice, relaxing trip as wedding events can be a bit stressful. Thank you!

Property is nice. Quick response from owner on all kinds of questions we had. Great location - however the internet sucked - which was quite upsetting as I own a small business and needed to stay connected ( which didn’t work - not with hotspot and none of our devises , with various providers, had a stable connection. The TV didn’t work either - we really didn’t need it until we wanted to see the „ball drop“ on New Year’s Eve - On the positive- bar & restaurant on 7th floor and very good !

We loved the location and the condo was in great shape. Very neat and clean. The proximity to the ocean was very nice. I recommed for anyone just wanting to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds of the water. The only complaint we have is the resort's advertisied ammenities were not accurate. The indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were no longer working and the fitness center was closed all week while we were there. This was not the fault of the property manager, but still a disappointment. I recommend just confirming the ammenities that are important to you.

The location on the beach was perfect but that's where perfect ends. Nothing in the unit beyond absolute necessity. No greeting baskets here not even salt & pepper. Maintenance is needed badly, I went to close the curtains and the drapes and Rod came down on my head. Obviously corporate owned. I told the management that one toilet wouldn't stop flushing and one sink was slow draining but didn't hear anything from them

The location of this condo is perfect. We were vacationing with our three boys (9, 7, and 4) and my mother. the proximity of the condo to the elevator, beach, and pool was just perfect for our group. We were able to quickly get to and from the beach or pool with the kids. My mom is older and physically limited...but, she doesn't want to miss out on spending time with our boys. She was able watch them play in the sand and water from the balcony, while having freedom to easily get to and from the pool on her own. The condo owners were extremely quick to respond to any issues--and there were very few. They even had a new vacuum delivered the very next day after we requested one. We would happily return--no other condo in St. Regis can compare to the convenience of this one.

High tide at your balcony! Enjoyed coffee on balcony watching fishing boats, porpoise and sunrise. Condo had everything we needed. Bring extra bath towels if you don’t want to do laundry. Also bring a blanket for your bed. Had chilly weather with wind and rain storm. Very clean and spacious condo, especially for wheelchair (except the kitchen)! All 3 bedrooms have ocean view and balcony! One master with own bath. One Queen room and one bunk room share the small hall bath. Beds were all comfortable. No one slept on top bunk or the sofa bed as half the family went home to sleep. Handicap access was great to the beach!! Rainy most of our visit, so didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Handicap bath access to toilet only in master bath. No roll-in shower or roll under sink but still able to reach faucet. Rain and wind pounded against the glass sliders in living room. Couldn’t see the view after. My sister brought her special squeegee from home. We left it for future guests. Highly recommend the restaurant on the top floor of this building!! Good food and views! Host left info in condo for attractions and restaurants nearby. Bring your pole and tackle box to fish from pier a couple of miles away. $14 to fish, $2 to walk it and beach. Have a burger or seafood at pier restaurant. Go to Riverview Restaurant in Sneads Ferry for excellent seafood and prices about 15 min away. It was a great stay!! We will definitely be back!!
