"This was a nice stay while I was in Sneads Ferry. The location is very convenient to Topsail Beach/ North Topsail and Surf City. A five-minute drive to the oceanfront - and about 15 mins to downtown Surf City. The King room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also very quiet - which I appreciated. 5+ for breakfast and waffles with all the fixin's."

"This little condo is definitely a gem! We've stayed here twice in one year and absolutely love the place! It's smaller, quaint, and adorable, and fits our needs perfectly! The balcony being right over the top of the sand dunes makes you feel like you're literally on the beach at any moment without dealing with sand!! I highly recommend this condo for a couple or a family of 3 or 4 as it is on the smaller size. The shape of the unit makes the balcony more private and enjoyable. Highly recommend! One note of interest, there is not an elevator or handicap ramp in this building so lugging your suitcases, food, fishing gear, etc is a bit of a challenge but we managed it all right. Pack lightly as this means, 3 sets of stairs you must carry your junk up and then carry it back down! Other than that, this is a spectacular place to stay, easy access to beach, trash dumpster, parking lot, and I felt 100% safe my entire stay! I will be returning time and time again to this lil nugget!!"
