「Great place!!! Love the vibe and will return!!!」

「The tv was broke in the room so we couldn’t watch tv. The floors were in okay condition but they are heavily soiled and gives the room a not so clean feel. I would like to suggest making all of the floors hardwood floors. This was if guests spill things it could easily be mopped. I would also suggest keeping your rates the same after any upgrades. Raising then prices because you made the floors decent, or did any thing else to ensure a decent stay for your guests makes the guests not want to...

「Appreciated the large, clean room. A change machine for the washer/dryer would be helpful. The breakfast options were not great. On Saturday the waffle batter was empty by 9am even though breakfast was available until 10am. The breakfast area was also messy both days.」

「Low water pressure in bath sink. TV issue from day one. Could have been a little cleaner. Did like the location.」

「We were only there overnight for a resident graduation, so we didn’t use the amenities or eat breakfast, but the coffee was good, room was clean and nice. Smelled nice despite the hallway smelling like smoke (we were on the first floor and could see people smoking at the end of the hall , outside, with the door open. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, we were surprised it was as comfortable as it was. Would stay here again!」

「This was very adequate facility. No frills but the cost was very acceptable. All things were clean and in working order. If I ever return to Jacksonville I would use this facility again.」
