  • All ten bedrooms at Topsail Sanctuary have their own full bathroom, and the house sleeps up to 38. New for 2026, it sits on the ocean in North Topsail Beach with direct beach access, its own pool and hot tub, an elevator, a game room and furnished decks on three levels. Three bedrooms hold queen-size bunk beds, including one room that sleeps 10. There is also a half bath, parking for about 12 to 14 vehicles and an electric vehicle charger.
