Great house

Great house. Wonderful view. Kitchen has everything you need. I love how it has big pots and pans for big families like ours. Only thing missing was a mop. The view is the best. We loved it.

Great Week at the Beach!

We had an awesome week at the beach at this property. The house was modern and clean with everything working properly. The kitchen was nicely stocked with both cooking implements and spices. The layout of the rooms was good and we enjoyed the 3rd floor deck most evenings. The beach was gorgeous and waves were big and perfect. No sharks or jellies here! We did see dolphins almost every day and the kids got to see sea turtles hatching one night - a highlight of the week! Sand management was a bit tough at this location and might be better to have had a hose closer to the entrance to the deck so people could rinse off more effectively without having to track sand onto the deck. Also wish the 'community pool' was bigger, more like a lap pool. Was instead just a rectangle shaped pool with about 8 chairs and we didn't use it. Also, the community needs more tennis and pickle courts - wait was too long! We also had an issue with a roof problem due to all of the strong storms. The property manager did an excellent job immediately responding to our concern and had the roof patched immediately. Overall, a wonderful stay. Those things I mentioned were really minor compared to all the fun we had!
