Oceanfront End Unit 2BR Condo - Linens Included

Surf Watch at Topsail Dunes is an oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo overlooking the community pool and Atlantic ocean. This first floor end unit is easily accessible by ramp or a short set of steps.

Upon entering the condo, you will arrive into a spacious open concept kitchen, living, dining area and a gorgeous ocean view. Sliding glass doors lead to a deck complete with table and chairs and a chest with beach toys for use during your stay.

The oceanfront master king bedroom with its private bath has ocean views with direct access to the deck. The second bedroom facing the playground and grilling area has a full size bed with a single pullout trundle. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. A full size cot located in the master bedroom closet is also available.

Off of the hallway between the two bedrooms is a second full bathroom with a tub and a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and granite countertops provides a convenient space for meal preparation. Pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes are provided.

Topsail Dunes Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in North Topsail Beach, NC. The resort includes three oceanfront buildings, an oceanfront swimming pool as well as a playground, basketball court, bocce ball court, horseshoe court, corn hole and grilling area. The community pool is generally open seasonally (May-Sep) and decisions about opening are managed by the Topsail Dunes HOA.

Surf Watch is Unit 3114, an end unit located on the first floor of Building 3, the only building with an elevator. This first floor unit is completely accessible due to the ramps from the parking lot and to the pool. The condo is perfectly located overlooking greenspace and the community pool with breathtaking ocean views. As an end unit, it has additional windows and fewer shared walls for additional privacy. Surf Watch is also located beside the resort picnic/grilling area that includes a playground, basketball court, horseshoe pits and bocce ball court.

Bed linens and Towels are included with no extra fees.

We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels and basic soaps to get you started.

Pets are not allowed per HOA rules.

Pools/Hot Tubs open seasonally.
