Awesome setting with the ocean right below your balcony

Beautiful view of the ocean right off your balcony with the option of a beautiful pool as well. We were able to listen to the waves crashing all night. Interior decorated with ocean themes, well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

Relaxing Girls’ Beach Weekend

This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway. The property was as described. It was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Access to the beach was super easy and the view was amazing. The host was very communicative and check in and out was a breeze.

Fun Family Stay

Great location right on the beach. Clean house and comfortable beds. Close to nice restaurants, if you enjoy eating out. Only 2 negative comments, though it would not affect overall rating. More towels in the main bathrooms would have been nice, and the Keurig did not work right. Otherwise, great stay.

Perfect getaway

We were here for a military homecoming. The house was perfect for our family & some great memories were made. The host was incredibly accommodating & responsive. We will definitely rent this beach house again!

Perfect location and layout

Just what we needed!!!

The property matched the description EXACTLY! The home is right on the beach so the views are stunning and there is plenty of living space! The house has everything you need, whether you are cooking at home or just hanging out! There were just 4 of us, but the home could easily accommodate plenty more comfortably. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place!

Great experience . Place is the best location closet to the water you will get to .. place is clean and host is very responsive Nice pool facility, looking to It’s a townhome, so connected units. one improvement the appliances are an old and can be upgraded. ( Dishwasher, washer / dryer) and main doors needs some adjustment is dragging.

Year 2 even better than Year 1

This was our second year staying at Osprey's Nest. It is truly the best spot for a family vacation. We have children ranging from 6 months to 16 years and there is something for everyone! Direct beach access which was NEVER crowded even during peak summer. Could sit on balcony and watch my husband/big kids in the water and sand. Awesome CLEAN pool in the community 30 steps from the home. The home is clean and well appointed. It is not childproofed so be cognizant of tall dressers, breakable items, and there are no baby gates. All kitchen needs are present. Grocery and other immediate needs are within 10 minutes and Food Lion does offer grocery pickup to make it easier on you. Fun things we did with our family for your planning purposes: Chinese food at Golden China (10min) for pickup/takeout on night 1. who wants to cook after a long drive?? Lo-Re-Lie pub and grill (10 min)-- family friendly bar with pool, darts, jenga, jutebox, live music Surf City (20 min)-- so many great beach-front restaurants and ice cream shops Surf City Aquarium (20min)-- great spot for little kids to touch starfish, stingrays, snakes and see other animals and insects up close with the CUTEST pretend play space upstairs Wilmington Historical Boat Ferry ride (1hr drive)-- 1 hour tour, grab a soda or cocktail at Anne Bonnie's bar before your tour and pick any awesome restaurant downtown after Epic Excursions out of Wrightsville Beach (50min drive)-- 3 hour private boat charters to private beaches/sandbars equipped with beach games, float pad, etc. Truly a gem.
