The house is great! I was most impressed with how well stocked the kictchen actually was. Ive stayed in places that say the kitchen is well stocked but isn’t. This kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for a party of 13 as we didn’t eat out once. The view is lovely. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of seating to all share a meal around each other and even watch a movie. It truly was comfortable for our entire group!

Lifetime Memories

We were a family of 16 people, 14 of which were adult-size, so we filled the space! The first thing we want to recognize is the exceptional care we were given by the property’s managers, Avery and Schylar. While the home is large and “as described”, there were a couple of concerns upon our arrival. We contacted Avery, who responded immediately. Having so many guests in and out constantly makes for a bit of “wear and tear”, but over all, the home is lovely. Aside from the wonderful location, the kitchen was EXCELLENT. Another amazing truth is that we NEVER ran out of hot water, despite all the showers, dishwashing and laundry. The two decks were used from sunrise to sunset and beach access was convenient enough to allow 2 of our family members with mobility issues to enjoy it. TVs worked well and we watched a lot of the Olympics. The beach toys, and equipment were plentiful and a great help since we didn’t need to bring our own. Plenty of parking for 5 cars. This was a wonderful vacation for our Midwest family and the memories made will last a lifetime.

Awesome House

This house was perfect for our large family. We had 12 adults and 3 children in the house and had plenty of room. It was clean, modern, and stocked with all appliances and beach accessories you could need! Would certainly stay here again!!

Beach togetherness

Beautiful. We had 9 adults and 8 children between 11 mos and 9 yrs. That's a lot of kid stuff to pack. The property had plenty of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, floaties, shovels, buckets. The dining room table was large enough to fit all the kids around and the adults were at the snack bar (some sat with the kids). There was plenty of room. The house has a bathroom with every bedroom and that was SO convenient. The property owner was very responsive. The previous renters had left a bunch of sand and rocks in the washer(please don't do that), The washer wasn't draining. They came and took our laundry and brought it back, brought us extra towels and the next day, someone fixed it. It was a wonderful vacation.

Best place ever!!

We came for our 15 year vowel renewal we had friends come. It was the best week ever. House was amaaazing, location perfect and the realty company was soo quick to help us for a y questions we had. Id stay there again!!!

Great house, great location, great hosts!

We loved the house and the location. The hosts were amazing. They stayed in constant contact with us when we needed them, they were very easy to reach and made sure that we were completely satisfied and comfortable. They made us feel like this was “our home” and they only wanted us to enjoy it. We hope to come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Not worth the price

This property has a beautiful view and right on the beach however when we arrived we could not get the A/C to work and the house remained a constant 77-78 degrees. It was very hot and uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night. Also the elevator is unreliable to the point that a family member got stuck inside and the door had to be opened from the outside-luckily someone noticed. However we did enjoy being so close to the beach but thought the issues we had did not justify the price we paid

Fabulous beach house

Location couldn’t have been better! Right on the beach! House was comfortable and well equipped. Our manager Avery was exceptional. She was responsive and efficient! All our requests were met with a positive response. Couldn’t ask for better service. This house is a great place to enjoy the beach.

Delightful Getaway

The house is well-kept and everything was functional. Elevator really helped elder guests. Lots of room to hang out, inside and outside. A few steps and you're on the the beach! Property manager stayed in touch, but was not intrusive.

Second stay, excellent experience

This was my family’s second stay at this cottage. Both stays were a pleasant experience. The host maintained communication and offered some helpful checkin messages to offer any accommodations to improve our experience and was willing to send maintenance out for repairs. There was some ongoing maintenance of the house that needs improvement (handle to main sliding door for beach access was broken/falling off, the door to the outdoor shower was rusted on the hinges and fell off when me and my 16 month old was walking by. Thankfully no one was injured, as it was a very heavy outdoor wooden shower door).

Almost Paradise

13 of us stayed a week at this beautiful oceanfront home. We chose this house because it looked like paradise and it almost was. I know the questions to ask and how the process works, but sadly one of the most important questions asked before booking was not answered honestly. The house has an elevator for my mom who can't do any steps. Before booking, I clarified that she would also be able to access the beach without steps and was told she would be able to. However, this was not true. She spent the week enjoying the ocean from the deck and was happy to be at the ocean, but sad that she could not get on the beach with us. Also, the whole house alarm system began blaring at 1am. We ended up having to call 911 after 40 minutes of the alarm sounding and everyone having to evacuate the house. The fire department determined it was caused by a leak in the tub that ran from 3rd level to lower level, power and water had to be kept off until the next day when a plumber and electrician came out. Although the problem was handled efficiently the morning after, we feel there should have been a 24/7 way to reach someone. The jacuzzi was not usable at all during our stay. The host apologized and gave us some chocolates and a $150 gift card for the problems, but after paying almost $700 per night we felt this was better than nothing, but not quite reimbursement. Don't rent if you need an accessible beach. The house otherwise was amazing and the good times way exceeded the issues.

Topsail Island Beach Vacation

Lovely home. Great communication with manager. House is well stocked, appreciate linens being provided. Only minor maintenance issues I am confident will be addressed. One minor things we would have liked is an ice maker that functions properly. We had to continually buy bags of ice to begin to keep up with a group of 10. Check in and out procedures were seamless. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our annual Topsail Island trip.

Wonderful experience!

We’ve been coming to topsail several times a year for the past 10 years. So you can say we’ve had our share of rentals. This home was not only gorgeous and accommodating but the property manager, Avery, was incredible. During our stay, we had a couple issues within the home, but they were quickly taken care of. Avery was on top of it! She went above and beyond and for that we are grateful. The house is fully stocked with anything you can imagine, even an instapot! The location is fabulous, only a few minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. Thank you for helping us have such an enjoyable trip!
