House had everything we needed. Lots of room and fully stocked with pots & pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Location can’t be beat, right on the beach. We enjoyed star gazing from the top deck and the fire pit. Gorgeous sun rises and sun sets!

Breathtaking Location

The house was perfect for our stay. It's located on a quieter section of beach. We could watch sunsets rise over the ocean in the morning and then set over the intercoastal in the evening from the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Right on the Beach!!

God’s Grace is perfect if you are looking to be right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our last minute reservation getting us into a rental a night early. We will be back if life takes us to Topsail again!

Absolutely magnificent

The house was beautiful and the location and access to beach was so worth its weight in gold! The only thing was that this is a duplex so of you prefer solo with no close neighbors its not for you. The access was perfect and right on the beach.

Everything was as it was portrayed in the listing. Very nicely updated home and very comfortable. We love that section of North Topsail Beach and have vacationed there every year for 18 years. Really enjoyed one long weekend. My only complaint is the number of stairs my 73 year old arthritic body had to endure. Other than that, we had everything we needed and the view from the three decks was spectacular.
