Topsail Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were very nice. We loved the pool, the beach and the outdoor dining spaces. It was a quiet an relaxing spot and the hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Relax by the Sea was a beautiful property. It was a very well maintained oceanfront home! We loved that it was dog friendly. It had all of our basic necessities upon arrival. Its fairly close to Sneads Ferry, which was nice for grocery shopping! We would stay again!

Great place!

We had 9 people for a weekend getaway and the place was great. Hot tub is awesome and so convenient to the beach with private walkway. Very spacious kitchen for all of the cooking. Management was very communicative. Loved it!

The views were stunning, the hosts were very on top of everything and accessible if you needed anything or just had questions, plus they had a really cool online information site just for the property we were renting with a ton of details and recommendations for amenities and food. The property was well maintained and clean. The beach was beautiful and so much fun for our family.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay for thanksgiving week very much. The unit was cozy for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. The heated pool and hot tubs were great for the chillier days - the kids really enjoyed. The unit was clean and equipped with a starter package for soaps, trash bags, etc. If staying longer than a few days, ensure to bring extra supplies for dishwasher, laundry, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.

August Vacation

We had an amazing time in Topsail. The property was just as described. Direct access to the beach was awesome. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. The people renting the other units were respectful. We did not hear any noise from other units. The elevator was a huge help. The kids are already asking if we can come back next year. Forget Myrtle Beach, our new vacation spot is Topsail.

Location and convenience to beach terrific. Loved the little covered set up w table and chairs between house and beach. Nice house. Appreciated the elevator. Was unaware hot tub and pool were for all renters in quadplex. All mattresses were uncomfortable. That is only real downside. Also steps outside house very steep.

Relax and Unwind

Heated Pool only open April - October… we stayed at end of March..advertised as amenity and did not see specifics until after booked with no refund. It is 4 condos/quadplex with shared balconies, but still pretty private. Glad we had the place to ourselves. Two walkways, 4 hot tubs, cool gazebo shelter with table and chairs for outside eating. Clean atmosphere inside and out. Beds were comfy (some cushy, some harder)… forgot my own pillow which would have helped tremendously. Air/heat will turn off if doors left open. Got pretty chilly one night. You will need an all wheel drive vehicle in order to park in carport. Not enough gravel, concrete very high up. Elevator was a life saver! Perfect location, close to Surf City. Highly recommend Daily Grind, Surf City Smash Burgers, Napoli Cafe, Salt Marsh Market, & Salty Turtle Beer Co.

Family Beach time

The property was nice; the pool was very much appreciated by the 9 and 6 year old. We did enjoy the hot tub also. We also appreciated having a code for entry into the home so we didn't have to bother with keys. Inside was a nice layout, though a little tight for 9 people on the main floor, especially the kitchen/dining area. We couldn't all sit down together for meals, which we were looking forward to; three had to sit at the bar. It was also a little strange having the neighbors walk right in front of our sliding doors to get to the stairs to go to the beach, but they were a lovely family. The AC wasn't working on Saturday but the manager was able to have someone there on Monday. Our daughter did go buy 2 fans because their room did not have a ceiling fan and it was warm in that room. She shared it with her husband and two children because it slept 4 and that is where we needed them to be. We had quite a bit of heavy rainfall and the driveway flooded easily but that seems to be the case for most of the properties. One daughter had to use the sleeper sofa. She vacuumed it quite heavily before she slept on it the first night. There was a lot of sand and several small items under the mattress when we pulled it out. She ended up just sleeping on top of the sofa without opening it up. That issue and wiping out some of the kitchen drawers prevented me from giving it 5 stars on cleanliness. If you have more than 8 in your group, I really wouldn't recommend this unit.

Very nice

The best feature for me was the elevator. No lugging stuff up/down stairs. The king bed and bath was wonderful. Everything was nice. The only two things I didn't like was the high chairs and table for dining and the chairs on the deck. Bring lawn chairs so you can sit together on deck.

Great Stay in North Topsail Beach

Loved this property. The layout provided much privacy with the two bedrooms on separate floors with the living space/kitchen floor between the two. Hot tub and covered gazebo also a wonderful asset, as was the heated courtyard pool. And of course, a wonderful view of the water. We would return here.

Nice stay overall

It was a nice location. The property was clean. It didnt have toilet paper in it when we arrived but they sent someone with it quickly. It also took while to figure out the elevators so I would recommend written directions. Also the hot tubs were very dirty and full of sand. Even when the guy came to clean them he didnt clean that part.
