Nice location, clean & well stocked. Needs updated but I understand with the ocean crashing on the pilings why owner's not doing that. Didn't like that I couldn't get to beach unless it was low tide.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Place was clean, well maintained and close to fun places like the tiki bar. Some furniture had minor damage but definitely a non issue

You can’t beat the price! Ocean view, full functional kitchen, fun bunk beds for the kids. We are a family of 4. Both kids are under the age of 10. The view of the beach is priceless! They have pots, pans, crockpot, utensils. The master bed was SO comfortable-usually the beds are hard as a rock, this one was so comfy. The hostess was so accommodating. They responded in a timely manner and were very helpful. Clean!!!!! We had the best time and so many memories were made together! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this experience! We will never forget it!

The condo was lovely and super clean. Everything was comfy provided everything we needed. The view was amazing. I do wish the beach was more accessible, but there's a location to walk too less then a few minutes from the house. I always loved coming to topsail growing up and it was nice to bring my family along to share the experience.
