It would have been hard to be any closer to the ocean than this unit. Great views. It was small but was perfect for 2 people. Very quiet and relaxing. The views were amazing and we just loved sitting on the balcony watching the birds, jumping fish and the water.

Nice and peaceful

Perfect size for just the two of us. North Topsail is a very quiet, peaceful beach. Everything was as described in the listing. Alan was great to work with and quickly responds to any questions you might have.

Great place

Clean updated property right on the water. Only problem someone might have, is that at high tide, the water covers all beach area. Other than that, great place to stay.

Amazing Ocean View!

This one bedroom one bath condo was perfect for the two of us. Everything was just as stated and pictured. The views from the second floor balcony were amazing! This is a great location at the northern most part of Topsail Island. It’s quiet and non-commercial. However, it’s just a short drive to the restaurants and other attractions. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the tide come in just below, or watch the dolphins swim by.

The place was very nice and clean. The furniture and decorations were modern and user friendly. Humidity was NOT a problem on this room. Personal items were available to get us started and kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. We are definitely coming back. They were very responsive to texts and emails. Communications were excellent.
