Lovely Christmas Vacation

Great Christmas in a beautiful location

Extremely clean, new everything from decks, to railings, to appliances and even oven mitts! Love topsail and second Christmas on the island. This is a must with four bedrooms and each with it's own bathroom. Great for families sharing a vacation and so convenient for kids and older adults too. Steps from the beach and close to all topsail has to offer.

Amazing oceanfront property! The place was clean and incredibly well stocked. From flashlight to ironing board, it had it all. We loved the gated off stairs on every level, so the dogs could go onto the decks freely! The showers are a dream!

Great spot for Mom’s 80th!

What a great property! There were six of us & two dogs and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was perfect, and the location can’t be beat. Would definitely stay there again & again!

Wow! What a magical place!

We just spent the last week in this BEAUTIFUL home right on the water! The bedrooms all had a private bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable! Each room had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The driveway has ample room for parking. We especially loved the decor and porches with numerous layers of protection (gates) if bringing children or pets. We have already booked our stay for next year! I highly recommend booking the Howling Coconut. You will very much enjoy your stay!
