Roomier than most Villa Capriani condos, bring the whole crew to 118B! This uniquely designed 1,500 square foot condo is bright and airy, with vantage points of the famous Sea View Pier and the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean. You will be close to all of the pools and common areas, with a first floor springboard to all of the fun, shell seeking, and swimming in the waves at the beach.



Villa Capriani is constructed in the shape of a U, and within the picturesque multi-level courtyard there are palm trees, large sun decks, three swimming pools, one with a waterfall, two hot tubs and a baby pool. The Villa boasts the largest swimming pool on the North Carolina Coast. Splash by the Sea restaurant is located on site. The Villa is within walking distance of the Sea View fishing pier & restaurant. North Topsail Beach is a quiet family-oriented beach where the focus is the beach and sun. The beaches are never crowded even in the middle of the summer season and there is never heavy traffic. North Topsail Beach has breathtaking beaches, and you are sure to find treasure on the beach or in the quaint shops on Topsail Island. Your stay at the Villa Capriani, no matter how long or short, will be one that you will forever treasure. North Topsail Beach Town Park is a mile away and has tennis & basketball courts, a small playground, and a walking trail. The closest grocery store (Food Lion) is a quick 8-minute drive over the bridge.

Parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles. Please adhere to posted parking rules: first come, first serve parking lot spots, use overflow guest parking across the street if necessary.



Property Level: We are a one story condo on the first floor of the building.

Living Room: sofa, recliner, soft side chair & ottoman, chest, smart TV, island view balcony, French doors to queen bedroom

Dining Area: dining table seats 4, bar counter seats 2

Kitchen: granite counters, stainless steel appliances - refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, double stainless sink with tall pot faucet, fully equipped for meals at home.

Queen Bedroom: queen bed, wicker chair, chest of drawers.

King Bedroom: king bed, desk and chair, ceiling fan, ensuite private ocean view balcony.

Hallway Bath: bathtub and shower, single ceramic pedestal sink, toilet.

Bunkroom: Sleeps up to 5 Kids- twin over twin bunkbed, twin over double bunkbed, chest of drawers.

Guest Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single ceramic pedestal sink, toilet.

Queen Suite: queen bed with wicker headboard, dresser.

Laundry: closet with stacked washer and dryer.

Ensuite Bath: step-in shower, vanity, toilet.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pool Notice:

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Elevator Policies:

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy:  

No pets are allowed with travelers. Villa Capriani has a strict policy that only condo owners are allowed to bring pets. 



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.



Things To Do 

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Each of these attractions offers its own unique charm and adds to the allure of a vacation on Topsail Island.

The Neighborhood:

Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches offer shopping, locally owned restaurants, ice cream & fudge shops and let’s not forget the Jolly Rogers Pier. During the summer months we have Fishing charter boats; pontoon boats and jet skis are also available. Surf City offers several local owned boutiques, family restaurants, parks, and a 937-foot-long fishing pier. Surf City is also home to the exciting Missiles and More museum Which is a former missile plant turned into a museum. You can also relax during your stay at the Sound Park to enjoy live bands and on special nights bring your chair and watch an outdoor movie. There are approximately 7 golf courses within the Topsail Area that are open to the public.



Getting Around:

Parking may be limited during the summer months (public parking is available through Pivot Parking at an hourly rate). Surf City/ North Topsail Beaches are easily navigable once you're here. Our beach town is very accessible and family friendly for vehicles, bikes, and golf carts. Renting bikes and golf carts is a breeze with the many rental companies on the island. Advanced reservations are recommended. Escape the hustle and bustle of the beaches of Surf City/ North Topsail Beach and explore the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue Center Or take a scenic Tiki Tour through the Intercoastal Waterway.
