Great Location

Property is great for a large family. We had our 90 year old Mom with us and thank goodness she handled the steps well enough!

Pleasantly Surprised

We have stayed at a Topsail home in previous years but none like this. The layout was wonderful. so so spacious. Extremely well stocked. The deck was our perfect evening hang out spot. Would book this place over and over again!

Lovely Home, Lovely Views

This house was well stocked, very clean, and in a great location! Can't complain! We had 3 families including a total of 6 children under 9 years old. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The view from the main living area can't be beat.

Awesome Family Getaway!

This house is just as advertised. We did a three family vacation in May 2019 and it was awesome. The house is super well equipped with plenty of kitchen items, games (for kids and adults), etc. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The beds are a little uncomfortable but not unbareably so. The wifi went out a few times but nothing major, and when we called the realty company about it they addressed it right away. The one thing I would recommend fixing is some of the deck boards. They're lifting in some spots with nails sticking out. All in all it was a great trip. I would definitely recommend this house!
