The hygiene product bottles were visibly dirty; there was pink mildew in the sink and on the sink faucet and shower head; the toilet seat was missing a button and urine was visible in the crevices. The tub caulking was really gross. The water also went hot and cold intermittently when showering. The staff was very, very friendly. The beds were comfy. "

"The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean when I arrived but they didn't clean it daily. The breakfast was ok. It could have used some improvement but the area was kept clean. The coffee was terrible but still available late into the evening. I was surprised to hear the pool was still closed for the season in March. "

"Alan's condo was perfect. It was clean, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was wonderful. And Alan checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. I hope to return for another vacation soon!"
