Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. Key West Cottages
I do not know as I did not bring a pet and the pool was closed for the season. The pool area did look very nice and was well laid out with a large splash deck area.
