Amazing Location

This was the best ski trip that we have ever taken and that is mainly due to the location of the property and the amenities that it includes. There was plenty of room, easy access to the slopes, easy storage for skis, and close to restaurants! We will definitely be back next year!

Snowmass 2023

Everything was perfect. Fully equipped and very clean. The only issues were that Maverick should have let us know that there was a entrance across from the unit that led you to the bus station. Otherwise it's a pretty long walk. Also the patio door was open as it does not close. Even though Snowmass Is safe , the unit was not. Otherwise we will return. Thank you

The place

The room was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for preparing meals. There was a fitness center in the building and parking was convenient. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would recommend it to anyone.

Once we figured out checking and parking it worked well. Main mall level was a negative. We felt like we need to keep shutters closed for privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances. Comfy bed.

Summer fun in Snowmass

Great location. Host communication excellent with extremely easy check in and check out. First floor location excellent for keeping bikes secure overnight in unit entrance. However if you want to keep windows open or have more privacy first floor is a drawback. Unit was well equipped and had air conditioning which is rare in mountains but needed as summers get hotter

Summer Retreat

Cozy, clean and convenient condo in Snowmass Village. Check in could have gone smoother; however, checkout was flawless! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Turned out Fantastic

At first I was upset. If you are looking for a hideaway in the forest this isn’t it. I opened our door and our patio where we like to enjoy morning coffee was right on the thoroughfare through the Snowmass village. Privacy and birdsong we would not have. I did complain. People can look in at night so blinds must be put down, however we did take our coffee out at 7:30 in the morning and enjoyed conversations with those walking dogs. We adored ALL the dogs and folks were nice too. We could walk to the tram and while I don’t recommend the ice cream store within spitting distance, we did love the crepes up around the corner. We were supplied with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Checking in with Perry a new consierge was a bit difficult as the parking pass was missing. Not his fault bHe was a sweet and helpful young man. All in all we had a wonderful time and very much appreciated the fine bottle of Champagne to celebrate our 25th anniversary.

Absolutely perfect

This condo has it all and wow conveniently located. It is literally steps away from everything. Having the hot tub steps away, what an added bonus. Well equipped, comfortable, quiet, and just perfect. We will be back!

Very nice condo

Very spacious condo on 1st floor corner. We did not have a vehicle so didn’t use parking space. Access to hot tubs was easy. Walk to gondola not bad but further than would have liked carrying skis. Never found our ski locker in the building. We rented skis next door at Aspen Sports which was very convenient. They also keep our suitcases for us while we waited for our keys to arrive. Only thing I would have liked that was not in the condo was a robe for the hot tub. Almost everything else was in the condo including Kuerig coffee kcups, many cooking spices, bath soaps, Kleenex, papertowels and laundry soap. Loved the instant on fireplace and comfy furniture. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Snowmass base village.

Prime Location . Close to restaurants. Amenities. Gondola rides to different points . 15 minutes away from Aspen downtown. The only drawback about my unit is located on the ground floor. Very dark . No views of the mountains from inside the unit.

Fantastic Location and Amenities

The location of and amenities at this property are second to none in Snowmass. We will definitely be back again. Perfect in every way. Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our vacation. Very clean, and the unit has everything you need.

Great stay - highly recommend Doug our host and this property!

Amazing property right at the base of Snowmass (75 yds from the front door to lift!) Newly renovated and just as the listing explains - even better than expected! Doug was a PHENOMENAL host and walked us through everything the property offered and even toured us around the village to point out ski/snowboard rentals, favorite dinner and apres places, and nearby convenience stores. Can't recommend any of his properties enough. Thank you Doug!!!

Great stay in snowmass

Booked the unit as soon as we found out Mardi Gras was canceled. We were excited to take our kiddos skiing for the first time and unit could not have worked out any better. The convenience to the village being on the first floor and right across from the ski locker made ski days even more enjoyable. The check in process with Charlie could not have been easier and could not have been more accommodating. We look forward to coming back in the future and would definitely try to stay in the same unit.

Perfect for our family of three

We had a great time. Condo was in a perfect location for family with restaurants, ice skating, ski lockers and hot tubs all within a few steps. Lifts and Gondolas are not much farther. Condo was perfectly stocked with everything you could need- spices and oils, coffee, shampoo conditioner and soap, lotion, kitchen supplies, etc. There was not one thing that we wished we had. Bed was very comfortable as well! We would definitely stay here again!
