🏔️Ski Access~Hot Tub~Studio Deluxe 203🏔️

First floor studio condominium, steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a patio with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 203 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.

Laurelwood 203 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Snowmass Ski Trip

Property worked well for our family ski trip to Snowmass. It was our second time at Laurelwood. We loved the private bedroom and the access to the hot tub and ski slopes with this unit. Great place to stay in Snowmass!

Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is in an excellent location, and was very comfortable for us, though we didn’t spend very much time actually in the condo! But bed was comfy, shower pressure and temperature were great, kitchen was stocked enough for our minimal needs! (Turning on the shower itself was tricky: you have to pull down on the ring where the water comes out the tub’s faucet! Thankfully we have encountered this type of shower valve before!) Since it is summer and we weren’t here to ski, it was great that we were close to the parking lot to schlep all our things in and out! And the little waterfall outside the unit was great for going to sleep to! Overall, a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great price, great location, helpful staff

We really enjoyed this little condo! It’s conveniently located on the first floor and right down the steps from the front office. It’s located on the parking lot side of the complex- not the mountain side, just FYI. The bedroom is small but it’s separate from the living room giving you a little privacy from anyone who you have sleeping on the sleeper sofa. (The sleeper sofa is very comfortable in comparison to what you are probably used to in the sleeper sofa catagory.) The condo is also right next to the laundry and a short walk from the hot tubs. The only thing I really felt like it was missing was storage space. With four people we had 4 towels that we needed to hang up but not enough space to hang them so they could dry out. Also, we had four peoples worth of stuff- luggage, bibs, boots, suitcases… we basically lived out of our suitcases instead of being able to put things away because there was just no place to put it all. I’d still stay here again because of all of the other conveniences- but the lack of storage is something to note if that is something important to you. Also, the staff was very helpful with anything we needed- which was great. :)

Great location!

We had such a great time staying here! The location is great, right on the slopes! The loft was clean and the front desk was so helpful. We had a family of 4 and just enough room for all of us with the pull out sofa.
