Top-floor 1-bedroom condominium with incredible views of Snowmass Ski Area. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 414 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season.
Laurelwood 414 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

The place was adequate however the comfort level of bed and furniture was lacking. Additionally being on the top floor was tough with no elevator for bags or weary skiers was a challenge..

Amazing stay in Snowmass
Quiet, slope side condo with nice kitchen, patio. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a quieter stay in the off season or right next to the slopes for winter. Hot tub is nice as well!

Wonderful views, excellent staff
Pros:
Views, easy access to the slopes and to the Aspen Mall, just a few minutes walk away. Staff is excellent and responsive. Nice layout. Skiing back at the end of the day was wonderful. Parking is easy too.
Cons:
No ski lockers, though there were ski racks. The bed was smaller than a queen and very old. The snow cat reversing beeping occurred every night at 3AM and it was surprisingly loud. The pots and pans were completely used up with scratches all over them. Only one pot was usable for cooking. The porch light was on a timer and was impossible to control until it went off automatically at 10PM and there were no shades on the window to block it. The electric grill never got hot enough to grill, it maxed out at 425 degrees even on high due to it being electric and 20 degrees outside.

Perfect crash pad
Clean place to crash after a long day of adventure in a perfect location. Walking distance to coffee, lifts and bars. Short drive to proper Aspen. Definitely will be back.
