A full wall of double glass doors leads out to an expansive private patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors on sunny days. The modern kitchen in this home boasts white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded countertops. Gather around the island in the morning for breakfast and coffee, where you'll find plenty of room for four. An adjacent dining room table offers seating for an additional six.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
