You couldn't ask for a better location on the mountain....Imagine being so close to the slopes that you can talk to skiers as they slide past the deck of this alpine-inspired villa. The Powder Monkey lift is a few steps away, as is the Western Territory where expert skiers take on Cupp Run and Shay's Revenge. The Whistlepunk beginner trail is right out the door.

It's an easy walk to the village, from this ground floor villa..... five minutes or less, where you can find dining, entertainment, and great shopping! A shuttle bus stop is located just a few yards from the door, so... just park your car directly in front of the villa and leave it! (There are stairs down to the villa that is located "slope level")

The villa is well-furnished with all of the comforts of home, including 2 flat screen TVs, full-size washer/dryer. The entire condo has been recently remodeled. There are even flannel sheets on all of the beds and heated indoor boot and ski storage!

Enjoy one of the nicest fireplaces on the mountain and we supply the Duraflame fire logs.

'Slopeside Attraction' will be your favorite ski destination for years to come!!!

We were so pleased with the condo. It was very clean, well maintained, and kitchen was well equipped. The location is ski in/ski out on a green slope. Just across the street from Western Territory. Short walk to shuttle stop. We absolutely loved it!the black slopes of Western Territory.

Great condo, great location

Steps from the Powder Monkey and Western lifts, true ski-in/ski-out. Really spacious and warm condo with a very nicely stocked kitchen (pots/pans, utensils, etc). Our family loved our stay, noone wanted to leave (especially with the 10 inches of fresh snow that fell - cheat mtn.really living up to is name!)We have stayed all over Snowshoe, and this was one of our favorite locations. Thanks!!

Winter Wonderland 2025

This home was everything the description described and more. Charlie communicated all the details and truly wanted our family to have a wonderful experience. We loved being able to ski right out onto the slope and we were steps away from Tuqes as well as Pizza by the Slice. The real fireplace was my favorite feature

GNCC race weekend

It was a great relaxing private space close to the village but away from the crowds. It was very clean and well equipped. It was June and in the 80’s. It did not have air conditioning but with fans it was very comfortable. Part of the racetrack was yards from the chalet so you could see the racers come out of the woods from the deck which was a bonus for us. Communication was great and fortunately we did not have any issues. We look forward to staying again.

Very nice stay!

Wonderful and comfortable place to stay. We were there for a wedding that had us quite busy for 2 solid days so we were hardly at the unit but our time there was extremely relaxing and because of the size, we could spread out a bit. Beds were super comfortable. Great for our group which was 2 couples as 2 bedroom had a full bath (shower) en suite and the other bedroom had a full bath just outside the bedroom door but that bedroom was far from the other so it felt like having 2 master suites. We would certainly stay again if we get back that way.

Great location and accomodations! Right on the slopes and super close to food and the bus stop to head over to Silver Creek for night skiing. The best part was the communication with the owner. I will definitely want to stay here again!

The place was clean and much bigger than it looked in photos. Also, there are 3 restaurants about 30’ away from the front door and a very easy ski in ski out, no walking……just pop out the back door and it’s directly on the slope. Will certainly stay here again.

Christmas Getaway

My husband and I met our son and his wife at Snowshoe to ski and celebrate the Christmas holiday. This was the perfect place to get together. It was cozy and beautifully decorated for Christmas! The location was slope side and an easy walk across the street to the bus. The owner, Charlie, was very helpful and gave us tips to make our stay perfect. We will definitely stay there again! We just loved it!

Family Winter Vacation

We had Wonderful trip to Snowshoe! Our lodging at Whistlepunk #4 was perfect. The condo was in a great location within the resort, clean, and roomy yet quaint! Charlie and Donna were friendly, informative, and so accommodating, we couldn’t ask for anything better. The kids got to experience skiing and snowmobiling for the first time, and begged for a trip back.

Great, updated accommodations and fantastic location!

Slopeside Attraction was a fantastic villa for our stay to watch the UCI World Cup MTB races! The villa is perfectly located to access the lift for the downhill mountain bike trails, which is literally across the street. Also close by is Toque's bar which had fantastic food. The renovated kitchen in villa was the best supplied VRBO kitchen I've seen and had everything you'd need to cook just about any meal you'd like. The bathrooms were also newly renovated and were lovely. Charlie is a great host, provided quick responses to my questions, and helped out when we needed to have a package sent to the villa. I was surprised at how quite the villa was. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults, and everyone said they'd definitely stay here again. Hopefully our RAD Team will get to see more MTB races from Slopeside Attraction!

Awesome cozy cabin perfect for a ski weekend!

A group of 8 of us stayed this past weekend and absolutely loved the place. It is way bigger than we even expected and we loved cooking in the nice kitchen and eating dinner around the table. The location is prime with the ski in ski out aspect - we all loved this. Very clean and had everything we needed. Charlie was super responsive and easy to communicate with if I had any questions. Overall amazing stay - we would definitely stay here again!
