We enjoyed the location, cleanliness and williness to help answer questions about local options. Excellent location, service, food options and room. Would highly recommend. Parking is off site but convenient and secure.

Fantastic stay. Staff is amazing. Youre going to ponta delgada...the mercure is where you want to stay. Downtown location is great for all restaurant and walk everywhere.

No communication with host. Tried to contact them through hotels.com but just got a virtual service. The bathroom floor was gross still stains around the toilet.
