“Very nice view and quiet”

“Very good value for the cost. The pool, sauna and hot tub were a great bonus. The checking process was long as there was only one person for a bunch of us. I was instructed to register online abad submit my documents but still had to do so in person, it was very frustrating after a long trip. The entrance to the check-in area directions never came. “I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. “Love this place. The room is spacious, quiet, and clean. Staff is kind. Parking is an extra plus. Just disappointed by three little things: 1.Asked for a hair dryer like last time we were here. This time, we were told that the one they had had been burnt. We were disappointed that they only had one hair dryer for all of these apartments and even worse did not replace the only one they had. 2. Asked for an iron and iron board. Didn’t get it.
