「Very nice cabin and owner communication was great. I would stay her again and recommend it to anyone. One thing to note, if you are coming by boat, and plan on using the boat pier to keep your boat, the water is very shallow and the water level goes up and down. 」

「Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended 」

「Very clean and updated rental. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Upstairs tenant was quiet too. One minor detail, had to punch the code to unlock the door several times before it worked. Not a big deal though. Highly recommend. 」

「Less than a 10min drive to the park which was so convenient! A beautiful, quiet, secluded home in the woods - with a few deer in the backyard in the morning! The home was very clean, open, spacious, and so organized. Plenty of towels, warm water, and comfortable bed. The kitchen amenities were great! The owners are so sweet and responsive and fantastic to work with! We had a great weekend & highly recommend staying here! 」

「The house was exactly as shown with each bedroom having king size mattresses (very comfortable) and the upstairs bedrooms private bathrooms. The downstairs full bathroom was across the hall from the bedroom. Everything was cleanWe had a couple of questions and Shannon replied quickly and checked in to make sore we had everything needed.This house was just a couple of blocks from downtown where we found wonderfulRestaurants and a few great hiking trails.」

「We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. The bungalow was very clean, well appointed with everything we needed, in a quiet, safe area. It speaks volumes that we did not need to contact the property owner a single time! 」
