The home is uniquely setup. There are 2 floors that are completely separate from each other but easily accessible to interact. There are NO INTERIOR STAIRS connecting the 2 floors.Each floor has their own kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedrooms, and dining room. NO INTERIOR STAIRS CONNECT THE 2 SPACES. We do not split up the 2 units so it’s the perfect set up for multiple families and friends. The upstairs has 3 bdr, 1 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, office, and sitting area with roku tvs in each bedroom and a 75 inch in the open concept area. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms,1 bath, kitchen, laundry, dining area, It also has a pool table and foosball table in the game room with roku tvs in each bedroom and living area as well. This home is huge but still cozy and full of southern charm in the city. It easily sleeps 11 adults in an actual bed , not a couch or blow up mattress situation. Kids and adults can enjoy this property. We have games and toys for all ages. Huge yard space with the back yard completely fenced. Please disclose if bringing a pet and add them to your reservation. We have a fire pit with wood inside and covered, extra wood is stored under the deck stairs. We also have a charcoal grill. Huge deck with 2 levels and oversized stairs leading right into the back yard. There is a 2nd deck on the side entrance from the gravel. Lots of parking areas on both sides of the property. Please do not park on the street. This is an urban area home and some neighbors park on the street. This home is on a quiet corner double lot with lots of parking on both sides with mature trees.

Dionne was great about communicating with us before the stay about how to get into the property and at what times. This property was very well kept, with a lot of things to do after your time in the city. Will be staying again!

Great house for multiple families!

Our family and another family shared the space for a long weekend and loved it! Lots of space to spread out. The games were wonderful for the surprise rainy weekend. Owner is super responsive and entire process was very smooth. Home is very comfortable, well-stocked, and has thoughtful details (yoga mat, dog crate, etc.) that made staying there fabulous. Location is convenient to the city. Hope to return again!

Excellent experience!

This house was perfect! We all had plenty of room and lots of family fun! It was about 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood was not fantastic, but the house and the yard were very well kept. The only other thing I would mention is that you cannot access the upstairs and downstairs from inside the house. You have to go outside the house to get to the different levels.

PERFECT stay for IRONMAN!

Great Check In. Great Communication. Clean home. So much space. Recently manicured backyard and privacy fence! We enjoyed a bonfire almost every night. So much room for our kids to play! Well stocked kitchens as we enjoyed many cooked meals there. The two floors not connecting is not a problem and the house is packed with extras… Stay here. You won’t regret it. Thanks Dionne for one of the best stays we have ever had!

Family Wedding Retreat

We needed a large home for several married members of the family to relax and then get ready for a wedding. This home provided privacy, yet closeness for two extended families. The home was very clean and spacious. Our host left bottled water and some treats, which were much appreciated. The downstairs was roomy and had a great game room which was a hit for both the little kids and the big kids ( 40 +!!). Dog crates were provided and the back yard is fenced in. Plenty of chairs in and out. A great home away from home! Thank you so much for your hospitality and use of your home.

Fantastic House!

This house is so big and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There are TV’s in all bedrooms and a giant tv in the living room. The kitchen has everything you might need. We very much appreciated the water, snacks, and coffee that were put out for us. The downstairs area of the home is completely separate from the top. It has a game room with lots of fun things to do. The kids room with bunkbeds was well loved by my grandson. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!

This house was amazingly well stocked and clean. Lots of space and bedrooms. We were unfortunately there during a tropical storm so we didn't get to enjoy everything to the fullest like the outdoor space, but it was very nice. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Precious house!

Miss Dione was so very kind and immediately responsive to any minor issues. The home is lovely and lots of space. The downstairs with pool table, darts, foosball etc was perfect for the younger adults to hang out. No need was overlooked by our gracious host. Don’t let first appearances fool you about the neighborhood, it’s an older area in transition; it was extremely quiet day and night

The host, Dionne, was very responsive to inquiries before and during the whole process of renting this location. She added a nice touch with a personal note on the white board upon arrival welcoming us and had some snacks in the kitchen as well as a good supply of Keurig cups.

Family Wedding Trip

Needed a large space for my family to stay for a wedding. This house was off the beaten path but it was easy to get around to where we wanted to go. Extremely clean and well kept with easy check in and check out.
