Rural and lovely these cottages area tucked into a quiet little cove on Lake Ontario. Peaceful and rural we are blessed to be surrounded by parkland of Beachwood State Park. The main industry is fruit farming and farm markets dot the country roads. Beautiful and natural surroundings yet a short drive to Sodus Point NY a small port resort township. Easy to enjoy Sodus Points Sandy public beach, lighthouse museum, marinas for boat rental/or rides, and restaurants on the water. Only 3 miles from Sodus Point recreation center but what is different about this property...
Incredibly Natural, Beautiful and Peaceful setting. Giant Pines border the enormous property. Along with an empty field on one side. Located directly on the a small cove on lake Ontario. Lots of space. Lovely hikes into Beachwood State Park.
We are approximately a 1 hour drove from Syracuse NY or from Rochester NY Airports. A car is necessary and best to use a GPS for arrival. We are rural and beautiful with Direct Lakefront access and a state park in your backyard. You can enjoy the entire home, the backyard-- Beechwood State Park (check our guidebooks for the private path to the state park from the homes), and the surrounding area.
