Traumhafte Lage - pure Erholung

Idyllisches und romantisches Wochenende

Sehr hübsches Chalet am Wasser. Ideale Lage und unglaubliche Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der per WhatsApp mit der nötigen Hilfe und Informationen in Kontakt steht. Das Chalet ist schön eingerichtet. Andererseits ist die Decke im 1. Stock für große Menschen zu niedrig.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Chalet der Familie Fuchs liegt am Simssee mit Blick auf die Berge. Oberhalb des Chalets fährt die Regionalbahn, die wir nicht als störend empfanden. Es ist einfach,aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Alles ist vorhanden,das man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gasstätten sind in einem Umkreis von ca.5 km und eine Gaststätte ist in etwa 800 m zu Fuß erreichbar,in der man den Fisch,der morgens gefangen wurde, abends essen kann. Wir werden wieder gerne unseren Urlaub bei Familie Fuchs buchen.

Toll, einfach toll!

Der Ausblick war einfach nur Wow! Es war sehr idyllisch und entspannend. Das kleine Häuschen hat alles was man braucht. Die Fahrt mit dem Boot über den Simssee hat den Urlaub noch einmal die Sahnehaube aufgesetzt. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder! Der Austausch mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich.

Traumhafter ruhiger erholsamer Platz

Traumhafte Lage & Entspannung pur

Das Haus am See ist sehr schön und die Lage ist Traumhaft. Wir haben dort knapp eine Woche verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei Fragen konnte man sich jeder Zeit direkt an die Vermieterin wenden. Etwas schade war es, dass wir den Kontakt/ Austausch nur über Whatsapp und Mail hatten und es keine Führung gab. Aber das ist nur ein kleines Manko, da man vieles auch sehr schnell finden konnte und Familie Fuchs bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle waren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Es ist ein kleines Paradies, so schön abgelegen, dass es einem ganz alleine gehört. Der direkte Seezugang, die Möglichkeit Ruderboot und Standup zu mieten, die vielen liebevollen Details, die die Vermieter bereitstellen ... Man muss sich in dieses Haus einfach verlieben 🥰🥰🥰

Absoluter Geheimtipp

Vorweg: am liebsten würde ich keine Bewertung schreiben, um dieses Idyll der Erholung geheimzuhalten ;-) Das Haus ist zwar rustikal, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Der See ist einfach ein Traum, man hat einen direkten Seezugang und kann sich von den Vermietern ein Boot und SUPs leihen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns wunderbar erholen!

Tolles Chalet eingebettet in wunderschöner Naturlandschaft

Wir hatten als Familie mit zwei Kindern (4 und 7Jahre) ein paar tolle Tage am Simssee in dem schönen Holzhaus von Familie Fuchs. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war toll, sie waren immer kontaktbereit, wenn es ein Problem geben sollte und haben das Chalet wunderschön hergerichtet. Wir haben uns von Beginn an dort wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher auch einmal in wärmeren Monaten wieder. Der direkte Zugang zum See war genial, da wir dort selbst im Winter noch super mit unserem Kajak paddeln konnten. Das Chalet strahlt eine wundervolle Ruhe aus und ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Zu empfehlen sind auch die Simssee-Stuben mit einer ganz tollen Küche (5 Geh-Minuten entfernt). Generell ist hier für jeden was dabei. Wenn man will, kann man hier Abenteuer erleben, tolle Städte (Rosenheim, Wasserburg) sind nicht weit entfernt, das Baden im See ist sicher auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wer dem Alltagsstress entkommen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Jeder Mensch braucht im Leben Entschleunigung...und die findet man hier ganz gewiss.

Sehr symphatische und nette Vermieter. Alles war wie beschrieben und besprochen. Herrliche Lage am See und innen mit viel Holz und einem Kachelofen sehr gemütlich. Relax garantiert ! Müssen im Sommer nochmal kommen :-)

Ein wunderschönes, lichtdurchflutetes Haus am See. Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letztes Mal.

Ferienhaus in schöner Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine tolle Infomappe mit einigen Ideen für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. In der Küche haben wir für uns gekocht und uns selbstverogt. Das Einzige, was uns dabei aufgefallen ist, ist dass vielleicht noch ein, zwei größere Töpfe fehlen, um für eine größere Gruppe (wir waren sieben Personen) zu kochen. Insgesamt war es aber ein wunderschöner und sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute. Perfekt zum Entschleunigen

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und das Haus ebenfalls. Selten hat wir das Gefühl gleich Urlaub zu haben. Hier von Anfang an. Alles was nötig ist, ist hier vorhanden. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett.

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Auch wenn die Vermieter nicht persönlich anwesend war, war der Einzug problemlos. Zur Begrüßung ein selbst gebackener Kuchen, selbst gemachtes Afelkompott, herbstliches Blumengesteck, einheimisches Bier--was will man mehr. Der Simsee starhlt eine herrliche Ruhe aus, der Blick von der Terrasse und Wohnzimmer auf den See und die Berge--es braucht kein Fernseher bei so viel schöner Natur. Unbedingt ein Ruderboot bereitstellen lassen, es lohnt sich, wer fit genug ist kann von der vermieterin auch Stand-Up Paddle bestellen. Wenn auch unfreiwillig konnte ich beim Baden feststellen, das Wasser ist für Mitte Oktober noch recht angenehm. Der Chiemsse liegt um die Ecke, aber wenn man so schön wohnt--was will man da. Die Bahnstrecke hinter dem Haus hat uns nicht gestört, der Lärm hält sich in Grenzen. Dafür ist man dann in 50 Minuten stressfrei mit der Bahn in Salzburg oder München, mit dem Bayernticket hin- und zurück. Die Berge bieten genug Ausflugmöglichkeiten, die Kampenwand liegt vor der Tür. Alles in allem--wir kommen wieder. Fast möchte man daher diesen Geheimtipp für sich behalten.
