This hotel was really good. It was clean, the staff were friendly, There were no complaints about the actual hotel. The only downside is, that it is a little far from the city, but you can always get a taxi as they are fairly cheap.

The staff are wonderful! The cleaning staff do a superb job, and the front desk staff are very helpful. Everyone has a good attitude even on the days when the hotel is very busy. I would definitely stay here again.

I used to go regularly to that hotel, because of the location. Will never go back there! July 1th the hotel doesn't have AC when is 35 degrees outside, when i called reception he said better open the window. Still cant believe that is even possible, on top on that there was a sign states that we the tax payers paid that hotel 500 000 for COVID. This hotel is NO GO forever

No heat in the room

On arrival room was quite cool despite heating being set to 30º. We inquired at the front desk and told there was no heat in the entire hotel for another 2 days, but they could provide us with extra blankets. Despite this we were cold overnight. The heat did kick in 2 days later as promised, but far from ideal to not have any heating when it is 10º outside overnight and not be advised of this on booking or check-in.

Good Hotel for the price

The hotel is of a good standard for the price. Problem with reception person telling me check out is 11am and not 12 noon as stated on my booking. Went to room and information booklet also stated check out time is 12 noon. Went back down to ask because I had been on plane to Sofia airport and wanted to rest the following morning. Previous hotel is Germany was very noisy so I wanted to rest. He told me he "did not understand" but then said okay you can check out later. Then in morning the phone rang just after 11 asking if I was "checking out today". This was annoying and unnecessary, beyond that the hotel is nice and this was perhaps a minor problem. The bar is good, price of a beer is 2Lev, I did not try any food. There is a Domino's pizza opposite the hotel which is great around 5 minutes walk. The taxi from Sofia Airport was around 12 Lev with OK Taxi. I would stay again but the hotel does need to clarify the check out time if they want people to leave earlier.
