「Great location to all things Sandane. Easy to walk to dinner or hikes. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and was well presented and maintained. Room was smallish but was in the older part of the building so quite quaint and unique. Good experience and value overall.」

「Outstanding Breakfast, Decent room. Only concerns were that some areas of the hotel seem a bit run-down, for example the balcony had a ton of peeling paint and some algae growing. The hallway corridors seemed dusty, the room doors a bit beat up.」

「My family and I loved our stay at Lyngmo Hytter. The cabin we stayed in was cozy, and had a great view of the surrounding lake. The staff were friendly and helpful upon check-in and check-out, making the process stress-free. The shared washroom facility was clean and well stocked with supplies. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection, with excellent quality local food staples. I would definitely come back and stay for longer to thoroughly explore the surrounding area.」

「I needed to sleep a night close to Flam and decided to take the touristic train and stay here on my way to Oslo. Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains. Quiet, peaceful. Just beautiful. They have a restaurant which offered a delicious buffet. Very impressed. Definitely a spot for someone looking for tranquility. There is a trail too that can take you all the way to Flam. From here you can take the train to Myrdal station (1 stop only 3 minutes) and change trains to Oslo. Very easy!」
