Open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto a good size balcony and sweeping water views. Eight stairs up takes you to all three bedrooms and the main bathroom which has a corner bath with shower combined. The internal laundry is complete with a washer and dryer. Communal pool is good fun for all the family. Please note that the Pool is closed June through to the beginning of September School Holidays.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite.
Bedroom two has a tri bunk and built in robe.
Bedroom three contains two sets of bunks and also has built in robe.
Top bunks only suitable for children

Double lock up garage with plenty of storage, lock up cage in garage adjacent to car park can store bikes, kayaks etc.

Relax on the balcony and watch the sun go down over the water, so close you can almost touch it! Perfect for couples or that relaxing family holiday you always dream about.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property. New microwave & airfryer.
