Perfect location

Perfect location with the water literally at your back door. Spacious unit to comfortably suit a family of all ages. Quiet area with lots to do or do nothing at all but look at the water. Communication & check in process after hours so simple. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great beach access

Really nice if you want direct access to a private beach. Windows had an asking view. Only thing is the living room needed a rug or something and it’s a little far from shops.

Fantastic location, relax, and enjoy

We had a great stay here. The location was fantastic exactly what we were looking for. The house is very tired and could do with some TLC. We managed to look past this and enjoy it for the experience we had.

Great water views

Stayed 4 nights, 3 days spent with horrid noise from workman on above unit. Poor planning by Corporate Body during school holidays. Mould on all blinds and lounges and cushion need a good clean. Very disappointing.

Bad Cockroach Infestation

Bad Cockroach Infestation, we killed more than 50 cockroaches within 4 days. The agent did send out a pest control guy straight away, but he only sprayed outside, which didn't kill the inside ones. It was pretty disgusting to see a huge cockroach running along the edge of your bed in the middle of the night, and my daughter rolled on one in her sleep. This is the 4th time we've stayed here, and have never had this happen before. Also there was sand all thru the bunk beds.

1 The Clippers Soldiers Point

Great place to stay. As reported to the real estate the BBQ was unfit for use. Damaged fittings, filthy and extremely old. Also, there were spider webbs and spiders in all corners of the third bedroom with bunks. A perfect setting and comfortable.

The best location in Soldiers Point. Great views and a sandy beach at the doorstep.Only one small heater worked so lucky we had one of our own as it got cold in the evenings.

great location

ideal for a family holiday ,however the owner needs to do some upgrade of the inclusions . The frypans supplied have been burnt out and the Teflon surface scrapped off (health hazard). The sofa is so soiled we chose to cover it with a blanket another health hazard. The flyscreens kept falling off the windows in the wind and the Bar B Q was not clean. However all of these recommendations were registered with the Holiday letting agents by email and again on departure so hopefully all will be corrected sooner rather than later .Other than these issues it is a nice apartment and we would choose to stay in the future if these issues were in order .

Sensational location

What an awesome place to relax and unwind overlooking the sparkling water and watching the dolphins every day coming close to shore to fish. It was fantastic to wake up each morning and step right outside the door to the waterfront.

Beautiful beach frontage

We had a relaxing break right at the water's edge to see dolphins come in to feed and play daily ... simply breathtaking!! A spacious apartment with a walk literally across the road to the Bowling Club.
