Amazing Kenai River Front Home With Beautiful Views
- Professionally furnished home located on the Kenai River. The house has undergone annual updates during the off season. The property features a walkway to a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. The fishing platform is generally available mid May through the 1st of October weather permitting. Beautiful views of the river from the wraparound deck. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are located in the main home. One bedroom and bathroom are in the detached shop/garage on the property and are only available May-October. All bathrooms have recently been constructed or completely renovated. Main level features a large gourmet kitchen, living area with fireplace, dining area, 3 bedrooms (one King master and two bedrooms with Queens) and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, sunroom, and large deck with beautiful views of the Kenai River. The recently renovated walkout basement includes a bar kitchen, card room, pool table, bunk room with 4 full beds and an attached full bathroom. There are security cameras located on the exterior of the house. The pictures are updated frequently so they accurately reflect the property.

The property was spacious, well furnished, well equipped, and very clean. Host was accomodating and communicated well. Our family was in town to vacation and watch our son play hockey for the Kenai River Brown Bears. Staying at this property added to our experience.

Great place to stay for Alaskan Adventure
We had a great time at your property. Cannot say enough good things about how comfortable and happy we were staying there for the week. We loved the views from the house and all the comforts of home that were provided! The wildlife was amazing. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Imasaka Family Reunion
Awesome rental with all sorts of family friendly activities. Outdoor fire pit, bbq grill, lanai with seating to view the Kenai river, indoor fireplace, pool table, etc. that kept my entire family busy for our weeklong stay. To top it off, we had a hot run of Kenai reds and Homer halibuts. Couldn’t ask for more and will definitely return again.

As always, accommodations were wonderful. Our family greatly enjoyed the home, river and Soldotna area. Mike and Janine are wonderful people to work with. They take a lot of care in their home which shows in the additions they make to an already perfect place to vacation.

Amazing Stay
Janine and Mike’s home on the Kenai River is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious and comfortable with room for large families or friends. The bathrooms are renovated and the beds are comfortable. Fishing from the dock was awesome! Seriously, you won’t find a nicer place to stay on the Kenai.
