“Cool place due to all the character and culture it has but I booked the executive suite that brings the hot tub paid extra to relax and wasn’t even able to use it because my room never had warm water in the shower plus showing up the day of arrival I got to the hotel around 2pm and didn’t get my room until 4:30 when check in was at 3pm and I never saw over 15-20 ppl in the property”

“The day I arrived there were over 100 kids easily on site. I ended up catching the flu that night during my stay. Wish there could be fair warning when booking if teams are going to show up and over run the hotel.”

“The hotel is old, no good maintenance, no hot water in the bathroom. I stayed this hotel many years ago, not bad but this time, very disappointed. I changed another hotel immediately after staying one night.”

“AC was not working… toilet not flushing and got locked out of the room because door did not have good batteries. It looks like the property was lacking preventive maintenance and they have a reactive way of solving issues. It used to be a fantastic place and it just looks that is falling apart”
