VILLA ES COCO SOLLER

Beautiful villa in the heart of the UNESCO Natural Heritage "Serra de Tramuntana". The nearest city is Sóller, one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, and you will also find Port de Sóller. Tourist licence number: ETV/11545.



The villa has a double bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and a single bed. The bedroom has a ceiling fan. And on the ground floor, in the living room, an extra sofa bed for 2 additional people. Fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with incredible views of the Serra de Tramuntana. You will enjoy a 150 sq. metre garden. Sit and relax reading a book or having a glass of wine on one of the terraces (50 metres of terrace on the first floor and 300 metres of terrace on the ground floor). The house has WiFi, but with a speed of 10Mb, suitable for basic browsing tasks.



It is undoubtedly a perfect place to enjoy a holiday in nature, enjoy a world-renowned location and away from the noisy city. You will also have the company of a typical Mallorcan animal: a donkey called "Rosa", who is adorable. Please note that to reach the accommodation, you must pass through a cobbled path of about 500 metres long, which may influence your choice of rental car.



Additional cost! The use of heating in winter will have an additional cost of €7.00 for a bag of pellets (each bag has an autonomy of approximately 12 hours of heating). This must be paid in advance at check-in. If you do not use the entire bags, we will refund you the difference.



The Sóller area is known for its idyllic landscapes and was described by Archduke Luís Salvador in the late 19th century as a paradise. Recently named a UNESCO Natural Heritage site, the Serra de Tramuntana is home to natural treasures such as Sa Calobra, Lluc Monastery and countless typical villages such as Fornalutx, Sóller, Biniaraix, etc. In the village of Sóller you will find supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. In addition to a sandy beach at Port de Sóller approximately 3 km by car.



Please note that a car is absolutely necessary to reach the property. Access to the house is via a path with no public transport available.



Rules:



- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



- Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.



- Guests will be required to dispose of waste generated during their stay, placing it in the designated bins or collection points before the end of their stay.



- Fans and heating must be used responsibly, switching them off when you are not inside the villa.



Booking Conditions:



- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival of €300, which will be refunded after departure.



- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.



- Please note that check-in from 21:00 onwards incurs a charge of €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
