Sa Cala has a beautiful stone façade, offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation on three levels, and retains lovely rustic features such as exposed beams and cooling tiled floors throughout. Well-designed, the living, dining, and kitchen areas are distinct but flow through nicely into one another on the lower ground floor, with the bedrooms & their en-suite bathrooms on the ground and first floor levels.
With its atmosphere of refined yet simple luxury, tempered by the mellow tones of stone and wood, and the comfortable interiors enhanced by the Mallorca sunlight flooding through the generously-proportioned windows, Sa Cala offers a unique opportunity to sample the delights of villa life above a lovely cove.

Lower ground floor/Lower level – (note – care should be taken and the horizontal railings on the staircase and landing) – large L-shaped living area with beamed ceilings, two comfy three-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs, a chaise longue, fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD player, Bose music system, WIFI and doors to terrace, dining area with beamed ceilings and doors to terrace, traditional kitchen with breakfast bar and table & chairs, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and doors to terrace, utility room with washing machine and tumble drier, 1 cloakroom.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Ground floor/Middle level – (entrance off parking area and space for two cars) - 1 bedroom with four-poster bed, beamed ceilings, walk-in wardrobe, Juliet balcony, and en-suite full bathroom (with separate shower cubicle), 1 twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, Juliet balcony, and en-suite full bathroom.
First floor/Upper level – 1 bedroom with four-poster bed, beamed ceilings, doors to terrace (with low-sided walls) and en-suite full bathroom (with separate shower cubicle), 1 twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, Juliet balcony, and en-suite full bathroom.
Outside Space
Doors from the living/dining room open out to the bougainvillea-draped terrace and to the swimming pool, while the shaded terraces surrounding the house provide a choice of locations for enjoying breakfast or an alfresco barbecue. The pool can be heated for a supplementary charge.
Other Items
Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.
The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.
Pool towels included, free of charge.
Air-conditioning in the living area & the bedrooms.
Central heating is available on request, for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.
Note – Care should be taken with young children and the horizontal balustrades on the terrace surrounding the pool.
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
