Both are connected with a large common terrace on top perfect for relaxing with an ocean view, view of the city of Split, ferry port, and bay of Rogač.

Accommodation includes your own entry on the front yard with a big barbecue (grill) and Mediterranean garden that makes you feel like a home away from home, which makes this property perfect for relaxing from crowded tourist destinations.

This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes car drive. Main village Grohote, with all necessary for living (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and veggies, post, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk or just a 5-minute car drive. So the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.
