There are no room services. The shower and sink are broken. The guests were not given their room keys, so you have to ask the stuff to unlock your room all the time.

Parking was awful, the lot is super small. The washcloth had small curly hairs left (likely from an under-area of the body). When I went to ask for two new washclothes the lady in the office accusingly suggested that we had more than 2 people in the room (myself and wife) and then proceeded to withold them. I had to comeback pretty stern before she would agree to provide 2 clean ones. I was offended, besides - the room was a closet with just a king bed and the remnants lf where a closet used to be or at least a closet pool. The batheoom was newly renovated but i guess they said screw the room. The pile of dirt along the baseboards looks like no one cleaned properly in there in months, likely just changing sheets and seldomly wiping down counters. Had to clean the shower as well before we could use it. We ended up using our shirts to dry off because one of the towels also looked used and we didnt realize it until after the whole washcloth fiasco. The place is rundown, the paint is chipping, graffiti/tags on the wall... dont beleive the photos. Maybe it looked like that when they first opened but thats not how it looks now. We just wanted a cheap place to get some privacy for intimacy, we have a full house of adult children... we will NEVER come back to this dump again. I dont think they really like lesbians either 😕

I like the fact that you can check in as early as 1pm although the sign in the office states 2pm as opposed to online policy of 1pm. I arrived at 1:20pm and they accommodate me immediately. Very friendly hotel staff and everyone was hard at work cleaning the rooms. You enter the room with magnetic keycard. You can lock the door but there wasn’t a second lock. Very convenient location. Walking into the room it smelled clean and looked clean with fresh linens. The bed was comfortable and mattress was surprisingly not worn. Room was roughly 12’x14’ with a separate bathroom and hall. The large flatscreen TV using Xfinity cable service worked but immediately went dead. No worries. I walked to the office and the sent a technician to fix and instruct me on its use. The WIFI worked fine 40Mbs Download and 15Mbs Upload AC & Heat work fine albeit a little loud using a thru the wall combo unit. You need to step on a chair to read the controls. The old baseboard heaters are still installed and I’m not sure if they work. If they dont work they should be removed as they are not appealing. The stainless steel mini fridge was cold. The microwave is powerful except someone disabled the circulating tray. Still works but I kept rotating my food. The bathroom was bright with new white curtains, marble sink, nice mirror and Calming Tides Shampoo & Soap. You could use the shower or tub except the drain didn’t close for a bath. No worries i grabbed a piece of rubber and stopped it up.
