The check in process was smooth, quick, and easy. The hallways smell smoky and could use an uplift. My room could have been cleaner. There was a pile of used towels on the laundry rack.

The location was nice. Staff was responsive and helpful. TV didn't work, electrical hanging out of the wall, mold in ice bucket, no grab rail in bath. Vending machine dispensed wrong product.

For the most part the hotel was convenient the balcony was nice but the wifi wouldn't work the first night and our tv in the room wouldn't work at all even after having someone come to the room and no resolution was given

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was a young man sitting inside near the back door vaping what smelled like pot. Overall the place looked run down, when we got inside our room it smelled moldy. The floors were sticky and overall filthy. We considered leaving but didn’t want to lose our money. The only positive thing, the bed dressing felt new and clean.

I would love to leave a positive review of this hotel as their location and amenities (pool, gym) are wonderful. Unfortunately the rooms are not well cleaned. The first room we were given smelled of smoke the bathroom had hair all over the bathtub. The second room also smelled of smoke and the overhead lights didn't work. The third room still had leftover food in the fridge from a previous guest. The fourth room smelled of cat urine. Finally, the last room we were offered smelled better and was cleaner. There was still sticky grime on the fridge handle and side table which I had to wipe down and disinfectant myself. Staff was friendly but it made for a frustrating evening at check in

Beautiful view, matches the pictures. The bed was comfy, balcony spacious. Some trouble with the wifi strength and TV reception but the stay was good. A few upgrades to bedding and reception would make this a higher rating. Staff was helpful and Front desk was available 24 hrs. I would stay again.
