This house was built in the 1800’s. The stairs getting up to the apartment are very steep and are not for everyone. Please take this into consideration if you plan to have older family members as part of your booking party. **New stairs July of 2025!! You will a new set of exterior stairs that lead directly into the main bedroom off the parking area with direct backyard access. These stairs are wide and to modern code unlike the existing stairs from the 1850’s. This should be very helpful to guests carting items in and out of the apartment.
The Bird House comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 additional full size beds encompassing 3 bedrooms. There's also space for up to 3 extra guests for an additional fees. Two off-street parking spaces are available in the driveway parking area. More may be made available upon request.
