“Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und auf unsere Zimmer geführt. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Die Empfehlung für ein in fünf Gehminuten erreichbares Restaurant haben wir gerne angenommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Raum war phenomenal - frisches Obst, Eier nach Wunsch zubereitet, Wurst und Käse, verschiedenste Kuchen und Backwaren, Müsli usw. Wir werden hier gerne wieder Station machen. Vielen Dank!”

“Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday……

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
