7.8/10 Good! (757 reviews)
I do not normally post reviews but felt it deemed some feedback .The property interior was not visually clean with broken side entry door, stains on the elevator and hallway carpets . In the room there were stained ceiling tiles and bathroom ceilng was falling down . Noise level containment between floors was poor .Reception was closed overnight so there was no option for complaints to be addressed. Our stay was 5 nights and housekeeping did not enter our room once during the timeline. Overall a very poor experience.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
Wonderful facility ! Kids had a great time, as did we. Animals to spot everywhere, lovely walks from our front door and a short bus ride to Cradle Mountain for more beautiful short and long walks.
Good food at the tavern, friendly staff and plenty to do! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
