“Horrible breakfast!”

“We never spent a single night here We arrived the night of Aug 2 for a six night stay and left within the hour. The building was unlit, and there were large spiders around the entrance and the key fob panel. Inside the apartment there were spiders in every room. My husband tried clearing them with a vacuum and we kept finding more. When we opened the balcony door, it was far worse than anything inside. I called the reception number twice and texted at 11:44 PM to say we were leaving and why. No……

“Das Hotel ist richtig schön, leider manche Stellen sollen die Reinigungskräfte öfters durch. Aufzug war während unser Urlaub nicht einmal gereinigt, und das Teppichboden war dreckig. Personal war sehr nett, und hilfsbereit, das Essen war lecker und ausreichend. Was uns noch nicht gefallen hat, das die Handtüchern trotz Reinigung das Zimmer nicht einmal gewechselt wurde. Ich denke und nach Erfahrung in einem 5 Sterne Hotel dürfte es nicht passieren.”

“Room was nice. An arm chair for my husband would have been good since ge sleeps in an armchair. Lake view was very nice”

“Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Guter SPA Bereich. Leider kostet Parkplatz extra (11,50 pro Tag!), dafür ist dieser überwacht. Bei Check-in war Rezeption leider nicht besetzt, sodass wir warten mussten. Deutsch Kenntnisse vorhanden, ist als positiv hervorzuheben.”
