“This is the most special place I’ve ever visited! The grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. The hotel staff go above and beyond to make sure you have all your needs met. I can not wait to return! ”

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“An absolute dream of a hotel. We have just returned from the most incredible week’s stay at S’Hotel D’es Puig, Deiá, Mallorca. The location has to offer some of the best views in town which are simply stunning. The incredibly personable welcome from both Lucien, Irena and all members of staff made the whole experience one of the best stays and we both felt completely comfortable throughout our time. We were delighted to discover the beautiful, refurbished room 18 that was provided and waking……
