"ACCOMODATION The accommodation was - in total - very nice. Besides a few things that were not perfect (Wi-Fi and dishwasher did not work well, towels were not as fresh as expected) the accommodation was cozy, clean and beautiful; further, there was everything we needed and enough space for everyone. The pool was very nice as well, but be aware of a load of mosquitoes. The beach is only a few minutes away and is easily reachable without a car, as well as nice restaurants and a local market are....

"The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children."
